Word of God Speak

I need comfort today.  I have had a sadness about myself lately.  Maybe it is the world that tries to suffocate us. Maybe work is consuming us.  Maybe so.  When we seek comfort from God and we are desiring to draw near and we hope to find an encouraging word, just maybe we hear a word that is a gift if understood.  Sometimes we need to STOP and take a look within, take an internal audit.  Yes, the Lord God speaks to us in many ways.  Dear Lord God, I give thanks unto You for all of the ways You choose to speak to me.  Your ways are always the best.

But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah.
