Prime Minister Netanyahu gave a televised response to Trump’s announcements Wednesday night, thanking the United States and President Trump for his “commitment to an ancient but enduring truth, to fulfilling his promises and to advancing peace”.

The Prime Minister praised the Trump Administration, first beginning his address by speaking of Jewish history in Jerusalem. He stated “Jerusalem has been the capital of the Jewish people for 3,000 years. It’s been the capital of Israel for nearly 70 years. It was here that our temples stood, our kings ruled, our prophets preached. Jerusalem has been the focus of our hopes, our dreams, our prayers for three millennia. From every corner of the earth, our people yearned to return to Jerusalem, to touch its golden stones, to walk its hallowed streets. So it’s rare to be able to speak of new and genuine milestones in the glorious history of this city.”

He went on to state “Yet today’s pronouncement by President Trump is such an occasion. We’re profoundly grateful for the President for his courageous and just decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to prepare for the opening of the US embassy here. This decision reflects the President’s commitment to an ancient, but enduring truth, to fulfilling his promises and to advancing peace. The President’s decision is an important step towards peace, for there is no peace that doesn’t include Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel.”

He addressed the international community, calling “on all countries that seek peace to join the United States in recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and to move their embassies here.”

On the peace process, Netanyahu stated “I share President Trump’s commitment to advancing peace between Israel and all of our neighbors, including the Palestinians.
This has been our goal from Israel’s first day. And we will continue to work with the President and his team to make that dream of peace come true.|

Prime Minister clarified that there would be no change in the status quo at any of Israel’s religious sites, stating “I also want to make clear: there will be no change whatsoever to the status quo at the holy sites. Israel will always ensure freedom of worship for Jews, Christians, and Muslims alike.”

He ended by saying “President Trump, thank you for today’s historic decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The Jewish people and the Jewish state will be forever grateful.”

His address comes following the historic recognition by the United States of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, President Trump officially announcing that US Embassy would be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

In a televised address from the White House, President Trump reported that he would not sign a waiver for the Jerusalem Embassy Act, officially announcing the United States’ recognition of Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel.

He stated, “Today we finally acknowledge the obvious, that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital. This is nothing more or less than recognition of reality. It’s also the right thing to do. Something that has to be done.”

On his decision in relation to the peace process, Trump clarified “This decision is not intended in any way to reflect a departure from our commitment to lasting peace. We’re not taking a position on any final status issues, including Israeli sovereignty on Jerusalem. Those questions are up to the parties involved. We remain committed to facilitate peace agreement acceptable to both sides.”

Amir’s commentary on Trump’s scheduled announcement this evening in light of Bible prophecy, Dec. 6, 2017.

NEW

This evening at 8:00 pm Jerusalem time, 1:00 pm Washington time, the President of the United States is going to give a historical statement on America recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish state, Israel. The embassy will NOT move quickly, however, the declaration, coming nearly 70 years after Israel was recognized by President Truman, is nothing less than an earthquake for the Arab Muslim world.

The search for a new world superpower is about to begin. Russia has never been more desired among Muslims. Turkey, Iran, Libya and Sudan will stand firm with Gog (Putin) the prince of Magog (Russia). The rest will align themselves with Sheba and Dedan (Saudi Arabia). The Arab Muslim world has never been more divided. Israel has never been so strong financially and militarily. These are all the ingredients for an explosion that will lead to the prophesied Ezekiel’s war!

“… 11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lust…” (Romans 13:11-14)

Drive Them Out! You Decide…

Word of God speak.  Speak to your people.  Show us what You, the Lord God Almighty, would want your people to glean from Your  word.

In the name of Your son Jesus Christ I ask this and pray…amen.

I have not been able to shake the words from my heard when President Trump said in his speech while in Saudi Arabia…”Drive them out”!  He said it several times and forcefully.  Face it, I don’t really ever hear people speak like that here in America.  Not using those words.  I kept thinking that those words were in the Holy Bible.  So this morning I decided to do a search on the phrase and see what it pulled up.

Read the verses below.  Read them all in succession.  I have inserted my thoughts again when I noticed a change.  DRIVE THEM OUT, was quite an interesting search for me this morning.

<

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.
Exo 6:1 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.
Exo 23:29 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.
Exo 23:30 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
Exo 23:31 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.
Num 22:6 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.
Num 22:11 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee; as a consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
Deu 9:3 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.
Deu 9:4 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Deu 9:5 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Deu 18:12 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the LORD spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the LORD will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the LORD said.
Jos 14:12 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.
Jos 15:63 KJV

Notice that from the following 3 verses that the children of Israel were now strong AND YET, the scriptures tell us they did not drive them but instead they used them in forced labor or slave labor.  (That is what I gather from the word tribute.  Other translations show it to be slave labor or forced labor.)  So, they were strong enough to do what the Lord God instructed them to do but instead they stopped short of that.  Maybe they became tired and decided that if they made them do work for them then it would be a win win.  They could stop fighting and do some trade off.  BUT, NOTICE WHAT THE LORD says in Judges 2:3.  Seems it is still the same today.

May God have mercy on us all.

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; but did not utterly drive them out.
Jos 17:13 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>And it came to pass, when Israel was strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, and did not utterly drive them out.
Jdg 1:28 KJV

But the Asherites dwelt among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land: for they did not drive them out.

Jdg 1:32 KJV

Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.

Jdg 2:3 KJV

<

p dir=”LTR” align=”LEFT”>All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.
Hos 9:15 KJV

Jesus in the Old Testament

Isaiah 61 :1-2

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me;

Because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;

He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,

To proclaim liberty to the captives,

And the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,

The 2nd verse was cut in hslf.  The remaining has not come to pass yet.

2nd half of the 2nd verse.

And the day of vengeance of our God;

To comfort all that mourn;

Luke 4:16-21

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
