Danny Castle – STRANGE END TIMES EVENTS!! JULY 2017 (no second chances when the curtain goes down)

Help Us God!  Hear the Cries of Those Yearning for You, Our King and Deliverer!

Jeremiah 10:23-24
O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself:

It is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

O Lord, correct me, but with judgment;

Not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing.

God is Faithful – Repent

Psalm 73:21-24
When my heart was grieved and my spirit embittered, I was senseless and ignorant; I was a brute beast before you. Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory.

God holds onto us and is faithful, even when we are at our worst.

Ever have one of those days?  I started out with a positive attitude.  Walked in the doors at work and it went south rather quickly.  On my drive in

I asked the Lord to help me walk in his ways.  I asked for help in serving Him.  I prayed to avoid complaining.  I felt like I failed before I even got past the starting gate.
I am humble and I am thankful I serve an understanding and loving and forgiving God.  I have a hard time forgiving myself for all my imperfections, and they are many.

Psalm 19:12-14
But who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults. Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression. May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
Asking God forgiveness for hidden faults comes from a place of humility, from a heart that recognizes that we will never know ourselves as well as God knows us. “Presumptuous sin” (NKJV) parades around like a juggernaut to our faith. These sins want us to feel ashamed, like we cannot approach God, or do not have control over them. Take up the armor of God and do not be fooled! Stand firm in your faith! Give the battles of addiction and deliberate sin to the Lord for triumph! He is able to forgive and you are able to overcome by the power of Christ!

A Look Within on 9/11

Depending on your age or if you knew someone personally that will determine your deep feelings many of us have on every anniversary of 9/11.  Today I am wondering if it, apart from being the worst thing many of us have experienced or watched in complete shock and surprise.  Was it also in many ways a blessing in disguise?  I don’t mean to offend anyone, but consider this.  That day we were clearly shown we are not safe.  Didn’t you believe you were?  For the most part?  I certainly never expected anything could happen in America like what DID occur 13 years ago today.  Our dependence must be on Christ and not ourselves or our government.

Today as I repent first on behalf of my OWN sins, and if you say you have none then think again.  There is not one of us, even if one who many have considered a great man or woman, they are still a man or a woman and do sin and maybe we don’t see it but God sees all things and knows all things.  Repent for our sins and those of our nation.  I think 1 Timothy is fitting.

1 Timothy 1:15-17
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.  But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.  Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
I can’t help but to laugh a little bit as Paul refers to himself as the “chief” of sinners. (NKJV) I laugh because I think the same thing sometimes. Is it possible that Paul sinned worse than me? Is it even right to look at sin like that? Paul’s story is one of 180 degrees. He was going full force one direction and persecuting the church, Jesus Christ Himself, and there was really no stopping him. Then he encounters Jesus on the Damascus road and everything changes. Everything. From that encounter, Paul’s life changes into a testimony of God’s grace, patience, mercy, and unfailing love. Paul’s salvation testifies that there is no distance or depth that can dodge God’s sovereignty or the election of His chosen people. God hears you and knows you, and He most certainly can reach you and change everything.

Lord! Lord!

I fall before you Lord and CRY OUT!  LORD GOD HEAR ME, HELP ME!  I want so much to be completely pure and blameless before you.  I need you!  I cannot walk without you!  You know me better than I know myself.  I trust you to live in me and continue to change me everyday!  Thank you Jesus….thank you!

Psalm 139:1-3
You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways.

Consider today how you live your life. Do you ever act like nobody is watching? Do you ever think as if nobody else knows what you’re thinking? Today, hear the truth: the Lord searches you and knows you perfectly. This truth forever propels us toward grace, because if it was not for the grace of God in Christ Jesus, we could not be in relationship with Him. Because of grace, God sees the righteousness of Christ when He looks upon a person who believes in Jesus. Isaiah 43:25 says, “I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins.” You have been set free to rely on the power of God and sin no more. He knows your ways, and He is able to deliver you from evil every time. Take courage, and trust in the complete sufficiency of Christ.
